What exactly does my purchase include?

One conversion of one floor-plan image into an interactive 3D walkthrough, a downloadable HTML file, and optional email delivery when available. Edit the extracted plan and download again at no extra cost. A different image is a new purchase.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. Pay per floor plan. Your order is remembered in this browser; keep its private recovery link to return on another device.

What makes a good floor-plan image?

A clear, readable PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF under 3.75 MB. Include room labels and dimensions where possible. Export PDF pages as images first.

What if my walkthrough doesn't generate?

You are charged only after successful generation. If generation fails, we release the card authorization automatically. Your bank may take time to remove the temporary hold. Start a new order to try again. Generation continues when you close the page.

How accurate is the walkthrough?

AI geometry is approximate. Review the extracted floor plan and correct the plan data if needed. This is a visualization tool, not a source of architectural measurements. Internet access is needed to view the downloaded HTML.

Purchase and privacy terms

€10 is the total charged for one uploaded floor plan. No subscription. Stripe handles your card details. Upload a readable plan you are allowed to use. The image and your notes are sent to Anthropic to generate approximate geometry; this service does not provide architectural measurements or building advice.

If you provide an email, it is stored with your order and shared with Resend only to deliver your generated HTML attachment. Email is optional and is not used for marketing. Your order is stored on our server so it can be recovered. The source image and notes are deleted after successful generation or a completed refund. Failed authorization-only orders have their image deleted when the authorization is released. Previously paid orders retain their image for retry. Unpaid drafts without a Checkout attempt expire after 24 hours; expired unpaid Checkout orders are cleared after seven days. Generated results and payment references remain stored until you request deletion through support, subject to required payment record retention. Save your downloaded walkthrough.

Checkout places a temporary €10 authorization on your card. Generation begins after authorization, and payment is collected only after successful generation. If generation fails, the authorization is released automatically. Your bank may take time to remove the hold. Previously charged orders retain their retry and refund options. For other refund, privacy or order requests, contact support and quote your order reference. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
